Yoga Class Reviews

This yoga class has truly been life changing. After years of trauma and physical injury I’ve really struggled to have a healthy relationship with my body and this is the first time I’ve started to feel connected to my body again. I’m looking forward to continue learning from you, and strengthening that relationship between mind, body, soul to find and create inner peace.

Unlike any other yoga class I’ve attended before! This class is transformational. I love the way each physical and mental asana/ meditation is carefully broken down into gently developing articulated steps and I’ve been amazed at how this approach has helped me to adapt and become more able both physically and mentally, over only a short period of time. I have noticed a definite improvement to my energy levels, flexibility, and general sense of wellbeing, after just a couple of months of practice with Freny.

“As someone who has experimented with Yoga in the past I found Freny’s approach to be magical. Her sessions are a true embodiment of mind body connection that simply must be experienced! Highly recommended.”

“The connection with mind body and soul is all exemplified within this course . This is not just a yoga class about a set of movements but a movement, an awaking of all the senses. I found myself really getting to connect all the dots so that I could understand and explore what was important and not important to my individual practice.

Even though I was in an online class with others, Freny has a way of making you feel heard and will feedback to your individual needs. I would leave each session with more energy, fluidity and strength than I would start with to take me throughout my day.

Also, the themes we would explore through movement, stillness and meditation were explored in depth giving space to wonderful new ideas that could be grasped and imagined.

Wonderful course, thank you Freny.”

I really appreciated the course for being able to slow down, connect with my body and think how I want my body to move and behave to keep the body and mind healthy. Something that stood out for me – compared to yoga classes that I took before – was that you put strong emphasis on the long-term impact and applicability of yoga and meditation on everyday life. In most yoga classes that I attended before, teachers would focus on how we should feel in the moment rather than how exercises would help us with our posture, breathing, etc. in everyday life.
